What are AI credits?
Credits are how VERA meters the AI work it does. Every plan includes a monthly pool, and each job uses some credits depending on its size: a quick reply costs a little, a full report costs more. Think of them as fuel for getting work done.
What happens when I run out of credits?
VERA pauses new AI work until your monthly credits refresh or you top up with a credit pack. Nothing breaks, your data stays put, and anything you already approved still runs.
Can VERA post or send messages without my approval?
No. In Manual Approval Mode, VERA only acts after you approve. It will only act on its own if you deliberately create an Auto-Pilot rule, and even then you set guardrails and can pause it anytime.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
No. Your plan's included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle, so everyone starts fresh each month. Purchased credit packs are the exception. Those roll over.
Do purchased credits expire?
Credit packs you buy stay usable for 12 months, so you can stock up during a busy season without losing what you paid for.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Changes take effect right away and your monthly credit allowance updates to match your new plan.
Is VERA for agencies?
